In 2017 Chris Conca Founded the Enforcer Fitness Boxing Club with the intention of teaching anyone willing to learn. Starting his amateur career shortly after graduating high school, Conca found himself training at both the "Red Brick Gym" in Newark, and the infamous "Gleason's Gym" in Brooklyn. Combining hard work and discipline Conca would go on to win the 1994 New Jersey Golden Gloves Tournament with his eyes set on something bigger. 

As time would pass Conca would become faster, stronger, and more dangerous in the ring, With his coaches telling him "we're gonna Conca the World" Mirroring the Mexican style of boxing his opponents would all fall short to his relentless pressure, and in the same year Conca would effortlessly Win The 1994 New Jersey Diamond Gloves tournament.

Conca would go on and face even tougher opponents representing the United States overseas, twice in England and just once in Denmark making Conca's name notorious across the world. In 1995 Conca wasted no time signing with "Main Event Boxing" fulfilling his dream to become a Professional Boxer. What Main Event had recognized was the raw talent, and ferocity of the New Jersey native and in 1995 he would use those to his advantage Winning the ABF World Championship to cap off an already stellar career.
